Time and again, patients ask us at Rubimed AG whether there exists any confirmation of the efficacy of Psychosomatic Energetics, and for which diseases it is applicable. Under Sect. 11, Para. 1, No. 1 of the German HWG (Medication Advertising Law), it is forbidden to use the specific contents of a scientific study or professional publication in advertising aimed at the general public. This law also forbids direct and indirect quotation; even advice on how a layperson might go about acquiring such information is prohibited.

 Although Rubimed AG is a Swiss company, its presence in the German market makes it subject to German medication advertising law. Moreover, even English-language Internet sites are viewed as being equivalent to German sites, which is why corresponding material cannot be found there either. Even though we consider it anachronistic to withhold this kind of information from responsible adults, we must nevertheless bow to the legal situation. We regret, therefore, that we cannot give out this kind of information, and ask for your understanding in this matter.
